My UPDATED hair Routine POST COVID!

Ever since I had my daughter, stress from life (more so NOW), and having covid I have noticed that my hair line seems further back and my hair is thinning. Probably also because of  how I used to do my hair pre covid didnt help

As most of the world did- I got on TikTok and found so many amazing people on their that I just adore and think are the bees knees. This one content creator I found is Kodye and she is sooo raw I love it. She showed this way of doing a hair mask and I have been obsessed since and have seen so much improvement.

Here is what you need and how to do it. (Link are connected with my Amazon Affiliation) Clicking on the images will bring you to Amazon to purchase yourself.

The Oils

The Tools

The Bottles

The Wrap

The Detox

Heres what you do:

1. In the Spray bottle add in equal parts of each out (Like one tablespoon each) with that same amount of filtered water (if you do one table spoon of each oil you add one table spoon of water)
2. In the root bottle add grape seed oil only
3. Stimulate scalp with the masaager- this got my eyes rolling to the back of my head and goosebumps. felt soo good)
4.  Use the derma roller in the areas you want to really get the hair to grow back (Receding hair line, etc)
5.  using the spray bottle mixture (Make sure its shaken up well) make sure to saturate your scalp
6. with the root bottle get the rest of your hair to the ends
7. wrap your hair with the silk wrap and leave for 8 hours (I did mine overnight but you could do it during the day)
8. after the 8 hours use the detox shampoo and thats it.

Other notes:

1. Silk is the best thing for your hair and skin. Sleeping with a silk pillow case will help so much.

2. try not washing your hair every day. This is a work in progress for me. Iwould love to get to a point of washing once a week.

3. Putting your hair up wet is not good and my GO TO hair style was the messy bun straight out of the shower. Why is this not good? Because your hair expands as it dries and so when you put it in a messy bun you are restricting it which creates breakage. Also my hair used to be super long and so the TIGHT messy bun would pull hairs as well.

Let me know if you gave it a try and what you think!!!
