Back to School... Back to School...

 

Spring term starts in ONE WEEK!!! I am taking 13 credits which is 5 classes. 
Two Communications courses, one math, one professional etiquette, and a computer concepts class. 

The purpose of the classes:

My Major is in communications so that is the reason for the communications classes. 

I have a math class requirement before I can transfer. 

I work in an office and intend to move up, this is why I am back in school.  So the professional etiquette will be good on my resume. 

The computer concepts is a prerequisite to the class I actually wanted to take. I am a huge tech nerd and I am the IT deputy for my team so I figure the class would be good cause its something I am actually interested. 

The fall term I surprised myself with how well I did. The reason I didnt get A's in the term were because I missed assignments in the beginning of the term because I didnt fully understand how it all worked and when I realized I missed things it was too late. This semester I will be coming swinging. 

My mission is the Deans list and I WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN. 

Stay tuned because some assignments may make it over here because they way the papers bring things out is like Therapy! haha

I am currently at a Community College because one it is cheaper to get those fundamental classes out of the way vs paying university tuition costs. I work at a University in Financial aid and have been here for 15 years, I kinda know what I am talking about ;) 

Once I am done at the community college I will transfer into the university I work at. I have one goal in mind and that is to finish my degree and get a position I deserve.
