The road to lose 80 pounds...



Uhg I have been struggling so hard since covid started to find my desire to work out. Now that I am the heaviest I have ever been (Including 8 months pregnant) I know I have to do something. I went ax throwing on Friday and we took pictures but I wont share them because I am disgusted with how I look. So today, Monday March 20th, the first day of spring is my Day One! 

So welcome to my journey. Feel free to comment with your journey, pros, dislikes, struggles. Lets support one another! I have an apple watch and love hyping people when they close rings. So make sure you comment to be added!


This morning I made my espresso (2 pods 4oz each- 8oz total) added one scoop of this protein powder:

I also packed 1- 2 cup containers of fresh fruit for a snack. 
For lunch I have a can of Chunky chicken noodle soup- which is super high in sodium so I may nix that idea.  I used to have a can of soup for lunch when I did weight watchers back in 2008 when I was losing weight for my wedding. So I will have too look into that soup.

Eating like this at work is easeir cause then I dont have to worry about dinner essentially. 

Also fully plan to get a walk in whether its walking in place for a half hour or outside on my lunch break. 
Fingers crossed this gets me motivated to do workouts again....
